We had roughly 25 windows installed in a hundred year old house, including a handful of windows that needed new windowsills, casing and trim. It's an older house with some challenges. My wife and I are very happy with the installation. Especially the customer service from the Brown Team: Logan, Dylan P, Tito, Alex and Dylan B. Logan was very patient with me when I had questions and he went the extra mile to get everything right when I had requests about adjusting anything that I had issues with.

Had the vinyl siding replaced on our home by the Gold Team of Steve, Marcel, Scott and Rick. I was impressed by their attention to detail, quality of work, communication and efforts to minimize their presence. They did an outstanding job. We also had over twenty windows installed and were pleased with their work as well. My only criticism had nothing to do with any of the workers but when we first put our deposit down for the siding we were told it would begin at the beginning of September. That day was moved to October, November, December and finally January. Other than that I would hire them again.

Today the Green Team completed replacement of three windows in my garage. The work they did was awesome both inside and out! They worked hard through some pelting summer rain, listened to my concerns and made helpful accommodations. I highly recommend them and plan to have two additional windows replaced in the future after an excellent experience.

We made the decision in January to replace some windows with Window World. At that point they tentatively scheduled us for June, and that's exactly when they came. No rescheduling, no no show! And the team that came were professionals. We are very happy with our decision

Mike and his crew just installed a new window in my kitchen. I remembered Mike from last year when he installed a new door and windows and he is amazing. Mike and his team are professional, tidy and really hard-working! Highly recommend Mike!

We had a great experience with Window World and were happy overall even through there were a few issues with the total transaction (initially the wrong windows were ordered). They always fixed the issue right away. They installed 8 windows and helped put up some missing pieces of vinyl siding that had blown off the building. This took a couple of visits and the guys were always curtious and helpful each time. The last person to come out was Devan to put up our vinyl siding. He reached out to me via text message and was easy to communicate with. He completed all the work and placement of our key as instructed. Thanks Window World! We love the quality of our new windows and they are making such a diffference in our new place! We will use you again!

I live in a Condo and my living room has the floor to almost ceiling 3 large windows and door that needed replacing. I called around and got best price from WW. Their "blue team" was very professional and efficient. I was extremely pleased with the finished work. The only "glitch" was the screen door was not the appropriate size and now I am waiting 5 weeks for the right one. They are trying to get it sooner.

We had windows/trim, doors and siding installed. Adam & Team installed windows/trim work & slider; Devan & Team installed siding & basement door; Sally at the office assisted with selecting a new door and holds everything together! Both teams worked through some challenges at our home, not to mention all kinds of weather (negative temps, snow, winds, ice to mud) and showed up no matter the circumstances ~ all around a great, friendly and honest group of people! I was very comfortable leaving them to do their job while I was at work. Our project took some time and despite delays we were kept informed of the details. Our house looks great ~ very pleased with the end result!

We had the “brown team” come out this week to install two sliding doors and the doors and woodwork look so good! They did a much better job than I anticipated and they were a pleasure to have in my home. Thank you!

Great job by Adam and his Brown Team installing new exterior doors in our home! They also had to deal with rotted floor and did a great job with that too! They work well together and are very efficient team. They clearly know what they're doing. Thank you all!

Shout out to the Gold Team Steve, Scott and Marcel for a job well done on the siding and the Green Team Mike and Logan for installing the door and windows! These guys are the best and the experience was great!

The Green Team of Mike and Brandon did a phenomenal job replacing our picture window with 3 brand new double hung vinyl windows. I loved the turnkey process from the original sizing estimate to the actual install date of today. The entire job took 5 1/2 hours from 9 - 2:30. Their workmanship was impeccable. They were very kind, polite, fast and, kept a very clean workstation. I highly recommend Window World to others needing their services.

Just finished having 22 windows installed by the Green Team at Window World. They did a wonderful job, were informative and Mike the team leader is the best. Hard to find an individual who takes on the project like it was being done on their own home, but Mike's work ethic is exactly that. From installation, clean up and working with us on the schedule by room, we were extremely impressed. If you are thinking about window replacements, we encourage to check out Window World.
