They were wonderful! The crew worked in below zero temperatures and wind gusts at 30 mph. They should up when they said they would. After the install, I noticed and issue and called them and spoke with Zac. He was there within a couple of days, saw the issue and was back to fix it the next week. Just like the commercial, you have his cell phone. It was the best customer service experience that I have had in years. Oh, and I really like the windows and doors too!

We just completed having our siding done, subsequent to having new windows installed this past fall. Devan's team completed the siding and Bill's team completed the windows. Both were 5 star results. Our house looks brand new. The communication with Bill and Devan on both jobs was terrific. Devan and his team battled cold weather and considerable snow this December and January but it didn’t impact the great job that was done. I highly recommend Green Mountain Window World for your home exterior needs.

We had all windows and doors replaced in our home about a month ago by Window World and I cannot say enough great things about the brown team. The level of professionalism and quality work was top notch, and we are still in awe of the amount of work that was done in just 4.5 days. It was a cold and snowy week, so I was a bit nervous about having this job (which also included enlarging our master bedroom window) completed in December - but it ended up being the best decision. We noticed an immediate improvement in the heating efficiency in our home immediately!
We have a few follow-up things to deal with (stress fracture in one window and storm door install) and Sally has been excellent at communicating about the timing of these things. I would 100% recommend Window World to everyone who is thinking of replacing windows and doors. Also added bonus of everyone in the neighborhood commenting on how great things look!

The Brown Team arrived at my house yesterday to replace a slider and garage window. Both were 52 years old! There was some wood rot under the old HEAVY slider and they did a great job replacing the rotted area with freshly cut wood. The Team worked well together and communicated well. The Gold team; Steve Marcel, Scott, Chad were the best workers ever. They worked hard every day and they were very friendly and polite. They always went out of their way to answer any questions we may have had. These guys had a knack for attention to detail. These guys took a great amount of pride in their work. Steve always kept us informed of any updates for the project and was always considerate and respectful. On several occasions Logan and Nate would work with the Gold team. At the Window World office, Sally coordinated with us, the Gold team, and the suppliers to make sure everything ran smooth on the job site. As a result, our home looks absolutely stunning. We are very happy with the finished product. As a matter of fact, I've been recommending Window World to several of my neighbors who have stopped by to admire Window World's exemplary products and workmanship.
